Salam Aidilfitri & Selamat Hari Raya

wishing all malay friends & colleagues Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Maaf Zahir Batin!

Many colleagues takes this good oppurnity to take take leave as Hari raya falls on Wednesday & Thursday(2 days public holiday in Malaysia) , so majority malays start to take leave from Mondays, resume work on next week tuesday, however chinese & indians also take one day leave on friday, resume work on next week - monday.

Coincidence that malay new year is our financial year end closing, so we need to close our account, but my malay colleagues need to "balik kampung" (reunion with family members in their hometown) . Many of them live in outstation, Malaysia have 14 states-Wilayah Persekutuan(kl), Selangor, Kedah ,Kelantan,Perak, Pahang, Pulau Pinang, Melaka, Johor,Sabah, Sarawak and Terengganu. My 2 colleagues hometown in Melaka & Pulau Pinang. So on 30/9/08, they already take their earliest action to back home.

But pity Mr.Chin & I have to work on the public holiday for the closing of account, but luckily just now my Japanese boss said i can off tomorrow, yeah! i thought tomorrow have to work too, so i need to rush the outstanding work for the account now. Hopefully everything go on smoothly!
