starting time for female : 7.15am
starting time for male : 7.25am

hahhaha......although it state 11km, but generally i think about 15km....
why ? because we park far away from the starting point ...i think about 2km from there...so plus minus is about 15km
the qualify time for female is 1hour 45 minutes & 1 hour 30minutes for man
so lucky that i complete the run by 1hour 25 minutes & got the medal from Mizuno
well...this may seem weird & maybe I'm lucky...cos many guys friends said they didn't get the medal even faster than me.....
or maybe in man category....the medal for granted already finish...just leave for womens.....
hehhehehh...lot of query on me...but anyway...
thanks & this give me the courage for the next run....

~the cereal with milk is very nice...i ate 2 cups....
& when i request the 2 cups of milo but the guys give me 3 cups....hahhahah

After the run, we go to New start charity bazzar located in SS2 cos i bought RM20 vouchers from friends...
MayJune is the MC for the charity show...
host for 8TV & participate in lot of dramas & TV programmes

Japan meeting 23 Jun to 27 Jun'10

I went for Japan last week for business meeting with my local boss.
Japan really a very strict country where visa application have to get HQ Japan & local company letter and place to stay as well.
With the letter, you can easily apply without hassle,
otherwise may get a lot of trouble on the process of visa application.

When we go through the immigration checking, i just show him the HQ letter then directly no more question asking...hahhaha~ emh...the japanese air crew are sweet & pretty...

I would like to said this is my pleasure to attend the meeting & i get to know a lot of colleagues around the world(wow)...Shinryo staffs from Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Middle East, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Thailand.
Those are the group picture that we took in the dinner, welcome party, office & tourist place.
It is our honour to take picture with Shida san,our president of Shinryo Corporation together with all subsidiary of the company.

Now i only realise how difficult to produce a potential report or analysis research project.
this few months been busy for this research & analysis project,
submission date is middle of the months,
my pressure & stress are increased,
compound with the heavy workload in job,
caused by one colleague going to deliver,
and end of this month going to prepared for company half yearly closing.
Hopefully, hopefully , hopefully, everything going to be okay.......

Today is the second meeting with mentor, i learnt a lot of things,
but many things have to change,
content not sufficient,
format have to change,
some information have to add in,
ooh god, some many things to amend......
some more, mentor mentioned examiner is strict,
ooh please, may God bless me,
mark by a kind examiner,
anyway i will try my best to do it,
