23 Jun'10 (Wed) & 24 Jun'10(Thurs)

emh....can consider this as 5 days 4 night trip to Japan but one night in airplane...hahhaha, y? cos taking 10.50 pm(23 Jun'10) flight from KLIA Malaysia to Narita Japan airport...It take about 7 hours to reach Japan, the time reach Japan is 6.50am (24 Jun'10)....

I take JAL, Japan airline, lots of pretty japanese gals, which i took one picture of them in aero train Japan...I told my Japan boss, no wonder you all like JAL because of so many pretty gals but he said no, there another one which got more pretties...wow..is another japan airline but i not sure the name ya....ehheheh....

The earliest staffs to reach Japan is Malaysia, Indonesia & Singapore staffs...All of us reach there at morning while the others arrive around afternoon & evening time...So Mukai san is the person in charged who bring us to HQ.

Firstly we gather with Deni san(Indonesia) in Terminal 2 then we take train to Terminal 1 to meet Sheila san(Singapore).After that, we take a comfortable train-Narita Express to Tokyo, it take about 1 hour from airport to Yotsuya.

Narita Express is quite cosy compare to the economy plane that we take...Its quite new & clean.Both side have the crystal clear mirror which i take photo as i like.The toilet is quite high tech also.. u press open, then it open automatically, then when you get inside, the logo showed that you should press close + lock. Otherwise, if some one else outside press open, then the door will open.....wakkakakkak.....

Japan is a very clean city & you can see along the street & around the shop will have lot of flowers...Once we reach Yotsuya, we meet with yamauchi san, they spend us for coffee after that we go to office...but seem others are still on their way, then yamauchi san bring us for a walk near by. We went to Shibuya, Hanajuku....by train...Japan train system are really convenient, they have lot of lines which go to different part of the cities...We can see that lot of peoples wearing so smart & pretty are taking train...But if in Malaysia, most of us are driving because our train system & public transport are not so convenient...

You can see that almost all Japanese are slim, smart & pretty...maybe they walk a lot?? We do walk a lot during these few days... Going to anywhere also need to walk, taking train, less buses, less cars & less pollutions as well...They are doing this great....When we go for lunch at some where near HQ, there is a free dessert at Godiva shop, wow...yummy...I tried the free white chocolate ice cream...It's really nice that ice cream melt in my mouth with the thick white chocolate....yummy...The bento lunch cost me 950 yen(have to paid by ourself)

Japan meeting 23 Jun to 27 Jun'10

I went for Japan last week for business meeting with my local boss.
Japan really a very strict country where visa application have to get HQ Japan & local company letter and place to stay as well.
With the letter, you can easily apply without hassle,
otherwise may get a lot of trouble on the process of visa application.

When we go through the immigration checking, i just show him the HQ letter then directly no more question asking...hahhaha~ emh...the japanese air crew are sweet & pretty...

I would like to said this is my pleasure to attend the meeting & i get to know a lot of colleagues around the world(wow)...Shinryo staffs from Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Middle East, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Thailand.
Those are the group picture that we took in the dinner, welcome party, office & tourist place.
It is our honour to take picture with Shida san,our president of Shinryo Corporation together with all subsidiary of the company.

Nice hotel, nice ballroom but less food for the buffet dinner...
the foods that i miss most is only spicy lamb & H.D ice cream ....
So far the best is Shangri-la Hotel buffet dinner, although expensive a bit but worthy, many many foods & yummylicious......

Cleaning day 17 Apr'10

Today is saturday, half day working day for us..
Half year account closing is finished so we decided to implement the layout change plan by my japanese boss.

My Japanese boss really expert, can make our department so clean & tidy now...
1st : he issue a memo, setting the exact day for cleaning
(every monday, wednesday & friday, 4pm to 5pm is our cleaning time, all account department staffs must tidy up the files, documents and even personal things, throw away unused items)
2nd : he draw a layout change plan for account department. We have to re-arrange the cupboard, computer, server, fax machine,printer and files accordingly to the plan.
3rd : he ensure that our label of the files must clearly stated the company name, date and put in place accordingly.

Now account department become more tidy, clean and comfortable as compare before.
Everyone who come to account department seem so surprise and compliment on that...
hehehehh.... don't know this condition can last for how long...

Although the cleaning time seem little longer and makes our hands rough(have to apply lotion on hands)but you know tear the unused paper can release your stress and pressure too. If you not believe on it, you can try it while you free. Its a proper & positive way to release your tension. Just like you hate or dislike something, you tear it and throw it away, dump it, away from your view, then after all, you will more comfortable and fresh.

Seem a little upset,my japanese gonna transfer, a new boss will incharged on it by next month,i heard that the new boss is quite strict one, we gonna miss you, mukai san,although you set lot of rules, but you seem caring bout staffs and you are soft spoken & polite to staffs.Anyway, wishing you & family all the best in your future undertaking ...
