Happy Dong Zhi

happy dong zhi to everyone
this time a bit different
mama teach me how to make the tang yuen
(usually mama will make the dough,
then following by i make the small little tang yuen)
(i think mama want me to learn for future...ok....hehehhe...)
the ingredients that i'm using is as follows:

(a)~glutinous rice flour
~dragon fruit(to make pink color tang yuen)
~water
~calbury chocolate
(b)~pandan leaf
~sugar(huang tang)
~ginger
~water

to make the tang yuen using all ingredients in(a)
to make the sweet porridge using all ingredients in(b)

is just easy to make a bowl of nice yummy tang yuen...
lets diy...do it yourself.....happy new year!!

Peiling Wedding

All jimuis(bride's sisters) go to peiling house for preparation
hehheheh...what preparation?
prepare delicious foods & drinks for the heng tai(bridegroom's brothers)
wow...the foods seem so nice & colorful
1. tang yuen with special filing (cocoon)
2. tau foo wa with wasabi
3. fresh mix fruits & vege juice
4. bitter gourd jelly
5. cocoon jelly
6. tea pack & bitter coffee

All jimuis co-operate each in other for the preparation & challenge the heng tai
really enjoyable...fun time with all of them...
see the touching part when the bridegroom declare his love to the bride
singing their very first love song in their life
(peiling told me that his hubby sang this song to her
when he first approach & want peiling to be his girl friend)
the bride sang one whole song....
can see that his sincere to peiling
can see a little shivering on his body....
hahhahah......
wishing peiling & chuan a very happy sweet sweet love till forever~

Peiling ROM

A very special day for Peiling & Chuan
101010 is their register of marriage (ROM)
legally they are husband & wife now
just the wedding dinner will be held in December '10
the ROM is held in Jalan Sentul Sri Langka Temple
overall the environment is good & peaceful
just that no parking space
we have to park side of the street
lucky we didn't get saman...hhahahhah...
for thier ROM, I purposelly make a wedding card for them
which i love it most.....
there is a wedding poem for best friend wedding
& i make a wedding paper cut "dove design" to bless them

Marriage is not easy issue
Marriage include a lot of communication, love & respect, sharing & trust, basic neccesity & security
Man and woman need the comfort of each other when facing problems and difficulties &
basic necessities of life provided through a secure job and careful planning

this is taking from 18th floor, pavilion office building
thats city view so called
we can see the service apartment, pavilion shopping mall rooftop, J-W marriot hotel....

Monday just went to feiling's office...
her office only have few persons
cos' everybody went for holiday....
(tuesday is national day)
She bring me to 17th & 18th floor,
everything is new...new office building, new office, new furniture & fitting
...grand reception counter....
can easy get into their office right now
cos' the security system not yet implement...
even the guard asked me to get in directly...hhehehh...
i like her new toilet...hehheheh...can take a few minutes rest by taking a good view through window & do some exercise....bit warm in thier toilet(alright cos' her office is cold)
