Today is the fifth time going back to Optimax for eye checking
After go through a detail checking on both eye sight,
Rachel Shiu, the optometrist said I'm discharged from Optimax Eye Specialist Centre,
a satisfactory recovery from my treatment.
So I have given a letter of discharge,an annual appointment card,visisn for life program & a goodies bag with discount vouchers, pen & diary as well.
So my next checking will be on next year 2011.
