India ~ Puttaparthi

India for me is not a familiar place & if i would to be alone going back...i afraid that someone bring me to else way...hahhaha....actually our plan going to India is from 18 Jun'10 to 25 Jun'10...but finally end up going back to Malaysia on 22 Jun'10 because we have a business meeting for accounts in Tokyo Japan...thus i have to come back early 3 days from India & prepare to be depart on 23 Jun'10

Thanks to mummy where she is so supportive not only mentally but in action, she been to india for 3 times & this is the forth time i think~ this make me so warm because she can accompany back on tuesday 22 Jun'10, taking taxi & plane together while coming back to Malaysia...

The distance from Bangalore airport to Puttaparthi is around 2 hours & on the way to there almost all the small village & rock hill & some fields...i would said even 2 peoples on the taxi, you would scare that the taxi driver bring you some way that seem unfamiliar to you....nevertheless if I would to take taxi alone from Puttaparthi to Bangalore airport....God bless! Baba bless! We safety arrive to airport & safety back to Malaysia now....

Appreciate the help from Mr Charlie. Firstly i thought charlie is a gal but end up to be a man, hahahhah....He is so helpful & a good cook...each breakfast & lunch , he would cook something special for all of us... porridge, spaghetti, mee & even rice...yip, some more arrange taxi for us to airport....Thanks to everyone also for everything that running smooth on those days in India...

Wow, i recall one thing, the first day once we arrive at Bangalore, then we taking pajero each (4 persons each car),our driver Mr.cashier like F1 driver, drive so fast & like drift india...My God, 3 pretty ladies sit behind, I was the one who sit beside driver....so scare man!!...The reason why he drift so fast bacause the gate of "The Ashram" close by 8pm everyday and the code of conduct should be follow by every visitors.

We reach there 2 minutes before 8 pm...wow~ lucky they let us in but the second pajero is unlucky because they are late, have to stay outside "The Ashram". I heard that someone want to hurt Baba thats why the security is so tight once you enter into Ashram.

When we get into Ashram the first day. The guard searching every part of my handbag, every single corner of my bag...wow!!!I learn one word "Sai Ram", greeting to anyone once you meet them~ What actually the meaning of "Sai Ram"? Please refer to the website as following >>
http://www.sathyasai.org/devotion/sairam.html

The quote from Swami (above) states in a nutshell why we greet someone with "Sai Ram". It is a remembrance of God, the one God that IS the other person and ourselves.

The word "Sai" can be split into two: "Sa" and "Ai". We have been told that "Sa" means universal father, while "Ai" stands for universal mother. Sathya Sai Baba, our Sai, is our mother and father.

"Ram" can be viewed as a shortening of "Rama". One interpretation of this word is that "Ra" is the Fire Principle, which burns all to ash, while "ma" stands for maya or illusion, so together, they mean the destruction of illusion.

Sai Baba has said also that "Rama" means "He who pleases, fills with bliss, causes delight", that "Rama" means the joy that comes from love.

India trip 18 Jun'10 to 22 Jun'10

Information from the following website >>
http://www.pilgrimage-india.com/indian-religion/puttaparthi.html

Puttaparthi, once a sparsely populated village, has shot into national and international fame as the abode of Bhagwan Sri Satya Sai Baba. The original name of Sai Baba is "Satyanarayana Raju". He was born on November 23, 1926 in Puttaparthi

Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the most colourful and multifaceted prophet, modern India has produced, is believed to be the very avatar (incarnation) of love and the voice of one's own innermost heart speaking to each individual externally. The teachings of the Baba are based on the famous 'five props' of Sathya (truth), Dharma (righteousness) Santhi (peace), Prema (universal love) and Ahimsa (non violence).

Prasanthi Nilayam, over the years, has attracted people from all over then world. The Ashram has a code of conduct which every visitor should follow. The Ashram also has museums, stadiums, educational institutions, the Sai Space Theatre etc. The 23rd of November is celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by the devotees of Baba at the Prasanthi Nilayam.

Over a million people gather here on the occasion of the Baba's birthday. The atmosphere around the Ashram is undeniably peaceful, and the growth of such a vibrant community in this once forgotten backward area is not a small miracle.

His disciples have constructed the 'Prashanti Nilayam' an ashram, which attracts large number of devotees throughout the year. Prasahanti Nilayam means 'the abode of peace". The ashram was inaugurated in 1950.

The ashram is a huge complex with room for thousands, with canteens, shops, a museum and library, and a vast assembly hall where Sai Baba gives 'darshan' twice daily. A considerable number of devotees turn out for his birthday celebrations in Puttaparthi, where he delivers a message to his devotees.

~I feel happy & honour that I have a chance to explore myself again in a different country..this time coming to India, the main purpose is for pilgrimage tour.. A great opportunity to know baba, his character to serve all & love all but no hurt to anyone...learning to be more patience, learn to be a simple person, to serve others as our family, give more smile to peoples around....

~India is an IT hub which have a lot of IT expert & professional...but at the same time, India have a lot of poors also... We do donate some money to the poors & for medical relief fund...don't look down for a little energy, it can accumulated to a very strong power....
