Dispensed toilet seat cover

Discovered it when going to toilet in Sogo near Avenue of the Star in HK.
It's very convenient & clean and easy to use since there have detail instruction to be follow as below:

1. Press lever and push it down
2. Pull the lever down and pullout the dispensed toilet seat cover
3. Place on seat, be sure the flap hang into the back of bowl
4. It'll will be rinsed out automatically by flushing process

Some shopping mall's toilets in Malaysia charged very high charges once you need to toilet for example The Garden - RM 5.00 and KLCC - RM 2.00 per entrance in ground floor , but don't know whether they provide this covenient facility also.

As i concerned , i do go to toilet in 5 star hotel and many shopping mall's toilet but there do not have such facility.
