Concorde Hotel

This is the second time having dinner with auditor from Ernst & young . Our company culture that a welcome , appreciation or congratulation dinner for people or staffs as a token of appreciation their hard work.

Joining to this company already one year and nine months, since joining to Shinryo from year 2006 until now, have been try a lot of yummy foods around K.L.

For example, KL tower restaurant buffet dinner (this is the welcome dinner when i first join to this company, way back to June'06 , the view is so nice and that is the first time i been to the there with Shinryo two Japanese boss and local account manager with two local staffs). Then, Shangri-la Hotel , Crowne Plaza Hotel, Equatorial Hotel, Istana Hotel, JW Marriot Hotel, Concorde Hotel, Jogoya , Saisaki, TGI Friday, The Ship. (Some are appreciation dinner for our account year end closing , long service award dinner and supplier kind invitation)

Really appreciated every kind invitation from them and i manage to snap some photos on the nine variety of foods served. This is the appreciation dinner for our auditor and farewell dinner for our auditor , Ms Heng already resign from Ernst & Young and last wednesday is her last day in her company, manage to fulfill three years experience in big four audit firm in Malaysia , for sure is added credit to her resume and will have a brighten future career. As both of us know that working in an audit firm especially big four, you may need to sacrify your sick leave , annual leave and weekend holiday also to rush for the deadline, some more staffs is not enough is another problem for them because after three years experience gaining there, many staffs may quit their job because the pressure of working day & night.

I haven't work in audit firm before because of the high burden of works and low salary offer, i do know that audit firm can provide me with the audit experience but just hate the kind of stressful working schedule to meet with very low salary offer. Since i have a lot of commitment to be done, house instalment , car instalment , insurance, education subscription, transportation fees and others. I just can't stand the offer from audit firm. That's why normally joining audit firm is the new blood or strawberry group (that mean fresh graduate), ya because they are newer to the social university, they have to gain more and more experience to added credit for their future career.
