After been to night run & morning run
I think I prefer night run
night run seem more relax & windy and less sweating
although this time morning run just 7 km
but i feel very tired
I think maybe of the hot sunny day
& the road that we run are narrow
not as broad as the road in Putrajaya
anyway after complete the run
There are ribenna & milo ready for drink for all the participants
thats the happy thing because
I found it
I found the taste
the milo that I like to drink while in primary school times
the cold cold milo is so yummy
cos of the long que
I only drink 2 cups....hehehehhe....
another happy thing>>> 2 participants in our group got medal
one is gal & another one is guy

2nd time blossom

this is beautiful & amazing
after so many years
after first time blossom
this is the 2nd time blossom
It is amazing & surprise for us
cos it seem difficult to blossom
but i saw it grow new leaves
then is flower
i snap shot every moments it have
before & after blossom
natural is so beautiful
I can feel the new life of it
although the life span is just so short for us
life is the same...
cherish every moment you have
you will never know what happen next
although the moment was just so short
take it every minute every time
appreciate the scene & everything in your life

Seremban one day trip

hehehheh....
When i back from outstation
from Melaka or other places
on my way back home
normally will pass by seremban
but I think this is the first time i been to Seremban town
been to Seremban for their famous wantan mee & seremban "siew bao"
& pay a visit to Seremban Muzium
take a look at Seremban state history
Seremban Muzium located at a very busy road side
everyone who take exit from highway to Seremban town will notice it
a good experience for me...hehhehe
after that we went to Sepang, Salak Tinggi to see Eve & baby Aresa...
baby is so sweet....best wishes to baby Aresa
Then we went to Bagan Lalang Seaview Restaurant to have a nice seafood dinner
price reasonable & nice seafood
but the restaurant got lot of mosquitos....better wear long sleeve n long pant
additional is take note of the carpark space...
there are some place where they cut the coconut tree for customer parking
but the place still have aneve patch on the ground
gonna be careful otherwise may pay a huge car repair fee for it....
anyway a nice 1 day trip.....cherish it

Happy Mid Autumn Festival~

Happy mooncake festival to all of u....
wishing you a happy a fine reunion with family
although some can't have a reunion or gathering with family
but perhaps a call will make the heart of family feel so warm
yesterday tried a nice homemake mooncake
which bought by my younger brother
is fresh especially the salty egg yolk....
3 of us share 2 mooncake
today will back home early
having a good dinner with family~
