Happy Dong Zhi














happy dong zhi to everyone
this time a bit different
mama teach me how to make the tang yuen
(usually mama will make the dough,
then following by i make the small little tang yuen)
(i think mama want me to learn for future...ok....hehehhe...)
the ingredients that i'm using is as follows:

(a)~glutinous rice flour
~dragon fruit(to make pink color tang yuen)
~water
~calbury chocolate
(b)~pandan leaf
~sugar(huang tang)
~ginger
~water

to make the tang yuen using all ingredients in(a)
to make the sweet porridge using all ingredients in(b)

is just easy to make a bowl of nice yummy tang yuen...
lets diy...do it yourself.....happy new year!!
