I have tried 2 flavours of fruitworks smoothies >> pink passion & mango melody
both also very nice with its mix fruits & tropical juices + ice = smoothies
I love pink passion better than mango melody
the passion fruit smell so nice & delicious
why suddenly choose to drink "fruitworks"
is actually a free gift voucher from sharp run, putrajaya 12.3km marathon
each person who finish the 12.3km entitle a goodies bag worth Rm 300
thats the part of it...the voucher valid till 31 August'2010
so didn't miss the oppurtunity to have a good & free drink of fruit smoothies~

city view

this is taking from 18th floor, pavilion office building
thats city view so called
we can see the service apartment, pavilion shopping mall rooftop, J-W marriot hotel....

Monday just went to feiling's office...
her office only have few persons
cos' everybody went for holiday....
(tuesday is national day)
She bring me to 17th & 18th floor,
everything is new...new office building, new office, new furniture & fitting
...grand reception counter....
can easy get into their office right now
cos' the security system not yet implement...
even the guard asked me to get in directly...hhehehh...
i like her new toilet...hehheheh...can take a few minutes rest by taking a good view through window & do some exercise....bit warm in thier toilet(alright cos' her office is cold)

first time watching this kind of live show
quite happening...
it make alls so exciting & cheerful
all over the show...no boring at all...

This is the second time dinner in this Japanese restaurant in Pavilion
we order one combo set & ala carte...
wow...i think maybe "fasting period"
quite crowded in every retaurant
who said malay can't eat sushi...beside us are malays who enjoying sushi~
hehhehe....when paying bill, the cashier give us a reward card
which we get 1 stamp for every RM 30 spent
so total bill is RM 70++, thus we got 2 stamps

hehehhe...this is not cheap.....don't know when will get back to this restaurant for more stamping on this reward card...hehheheh

Marathon preparation

I'm so happy
this is my very first pair of "NIKE" running sport shoe
anticipating for long long time ago

Appreciate...i can wear new running shoes for jogging & running
preparation for the Sept'10 & Oct'10 marathon...
my friend said it do help...0.0001% faster than other sport shoe...
hehheheh......i think it just a joke...
nevertheless.... 0.0001 % equal to.....0.0001 /100 = 0.000001 faster than others...

wakkakkak....anyway...i love this..
first go to pavilion 5th floor Nike shop
the sales person said no more size for US size 7.5 for pink colour
only sky blue have
lucky i get it on the other store at fifth floor....> stadium store
which sold a lot of different branded sport shoes

the service is much more better than Nike shop
they let me try in pair & walk around in the store
and not try by left leg shoe or right leg shoe
i noticed that only one person take care of the shop
why branded store only have one people serving ???
others staffs are going for "buka puasa" ???

yesterday already make "open ceremony" for my new shoe...
hehehhe...comfortable with the new pair of NIKE sock

Have a fun afternoon on last sunday @ 22/8/2010
the main purpose of this food fair @ fund raising event is to
raise fund for the buddhist society
they are so many stalls, so many volunteers...
foods, drinks,dessets, sundries, accessories, plants,games....
blind man massage, hand & face paintings, hair cuts...

thanks pinky...then we got this oppurtunity to attend the fair
Pinky's immediate superior went back to hometown,
therefore he pass all the vouchers for us
total up there RM 120
we using the vouchers for lunch & shopping
we bought chicken rices, cheese tarts,lemon grass drinks,oreo biscuits,green bean biscuits, papayas, green teas, earings, pints & a cute turtle

the turtle is so cute...
I know my aunty like it...keep turtle for collection
so buy it for aunty..sure she will like it...

Yesterday i bought some vouchers for charity event..
so in October will go to fund raising charity event again in PJ i think...

World Hunger Relief 2010

KFC is organising a donation programme...."World Hunger Relief programme"
with just RM3, you can contribute to some people around the world for a meal...
put an end to hunger & make the world a brighter place for all...

While purchase meal set from KFC, the staffs will asking from us whether want to make donation or not...
I feel sad ...while the staffs keep on asking...
but the customers keep saying " No , thanks~"
Well....I'm not sure whether is real....can put the hunger to the end...
but hopefully...I wish...the programme do contribute to more peoples in the world...
without hunger...
and what we can do...at least learning to be appreciate & no waste foods....

A small act of kindness can blossom and affect the lives of so many...together with the continued help & support...Thank you to all of you!

Breakfast @ 14 August'2010

breakfast for all~
long time didn't cook since secondary school
last time use to cook & help mama to cook
but seldom cook after secondary school
so actually a bit scare while need to prepare breakfast for all
almost need to prepare for a week...
what to cook...how to cook....what to buy...
so finally decide to prepare
i) sandwiches
ii) fried mihun
iii) mushroom soup

erm....the mihun is yummy....really yummy as i have a great "gourmet" & "consultant"
on how to cook, how many ingredients to put in, how long to be served.....thanks mama, u really brilliant !!!

for sandwiches, previously i like to make "golden sandwiches", baked sandwiches but due to constraints on time, so i will make it possible for next round...heheheh...for this , i get some tips from sister-in-law cos' ,last time she make these for us & it's really delicious~ for me...still have the chance for improvement...taste ok ok only...

for the mushroom soup....i feel a little weird...not tasty~ but still can drink till finish...ganbadei exter...make it possible for next time~

Cover outside Malaysia : covered up to 90 days the day which leave Malaysia but in the event of an emergency & for non-chronic illness

Mama is 56 years old this year, age at next birthday is 57 years old
Last few week, our insurance agent call us for a dinner in a sudden,
all of us quite suprise because they must be something that an insurance agent called for dinner....
hehhehe....yip..is really something but she finally discuss about the policy at the last minute when we need to go back...

Our dinner start about 8pm ++ & ending about 10pm++, but the whole conversation is out of the scope of insurance between 8-10, but when we want to go back,
she only start her topic about 10pm & wan to continue her story at our home...My God... By the time, my mum already feel so tired, so we just reject her by state some reasons cos' actually all of us also feel tiring about that...

Actually her plan is to introduce the medical card to my mother...but monthly premium is RM300++.... after thinking & thinking, I think (medical card) is a "need" for each & anyone because the medical fees nowsaday is very very expensive. Once we admitted, everything is $$$ money money money....

Thus, we call her for another appointment in the middle of August.
But finally decision , I bought the medical card from another insurance company,
not from her....the reasons being :
i) her package is too expensive for us
ii) maybe... i think she is too realistic (servicing i think)

After sales service is very vital I think...After we bought the policy,
there maybe quite along time we didn't meet each & another...
& another one is when we needed to know something,
there seem to be not too honest to us...some hiding on it...
regarding this one...I'm not specified to her only...
but i think every insurance company also the same...
cos' some policy....they said pay till this year....but finally have to continue pay until "n" years...due to the economic crisis or.....

Today,I sign up the medical card plan for my mother already....
Thanks to my elder brother who willing to share with me for mama medical card
thus lighten my burden on it...
each person is RM 691.98
total premium RM 1487 less (discount 15% equal to RM 223.05)= RM 1263.95
that is the power of sharing & co-operation...

Tokio Marine is given 15% discount for the premium on every year
& the premim is vary every 5 years...
so we have to pay a higher premium for every next 5 years due to the higher risk

Since mama is still healthy & Insurance company still can accept her as an insured person... I think we should just do a prompt action....
There is always a "?" question mark on us...
we will never know what happen next...
