3rd Day Trip in HK

Saturday

1. Fook Kie - eat porridge HKD 23
* this shop is just opposite to our hostel, located in argyle street, thumbs up for the porridge & the dishes given are enough and more. My friend order prawn & fish porridge, the prawn given are more than ten pieces

2. Portland street, Lai Chi Kok Road, Kowloon & Renaissance Hotel
* we join day tour(Deluxe HK island) - HKD 420
* Man Mo Temple, Stanley Market, Victoria Peak, Aberdeen Fishing Village
* tour fees include air-conditioned sightseeing coach, guided service,tram ticket
to Victoria Peak and lunch

3. Man Mo Temple
* best known of the many incense coils hanging from the ceiling of the temple

4. Victoria Peak by tram
* we reach the peak by tram, make sure taking the right hand side seat to have a brilliant view of HK island , one of the popular attraction in HK island for spectacular view over HK skyline

5. Stanley Market - lunch & shopping HKD 18
* a little bit like going to "Kek Lok Shi" & shopping along the way to the top of the temple , small shops & stalls selling souvenirs, bags, garments & arts works

6. Repulse Bay , causeway bay
* on the way back to the town, our tour guide show us the richest man house & jacky chan house, which located at repulse bay with great feng shui " sea view with mountain backing"

7. Jewellery manufacture - HKD 200
* buy a pair of pearl ear ring & necklace for my mum

8. Aberdeen Fishing Village - HKD 55
* see jumbo floating restaurant & HK fisherman village life

9. Dragon Hostel

10. Chow Tai Fook
* almost everywhere have Chow Tai Fook jewellery shop, very famous of they 100% pure gold, Pavillion also have one "Chow Tai Fook" jewellery shop

11. Times Square
* a little bit like hanging out in KLCC or pavillion

12. Chi Kie - eat wantan mee - HKD 30
* very small and crowded shop, have to take turn to having our dinner there, taste ok like our wantan mee in M'sia, but they have a lot of set menu which u add another HKD 2 for a drink

13. Take public transport - " Tian Che "

14. Happy Valley House Racing
* take a few snapshot outside the happy valley and heading to times square

15. Times Square

16. Jardine Street (near Times Square)- HKD 217
* almost all stall are close, so we hang out to one butik for shopping , many knit wears and I bought 4 pieces.

17. drink ying yong (cold) - HKD 15
* after shopping , we take a rest in a HK style café for drink

18. Fa Yuen Street (Dai Leong ba Kie dessert house - HKD 20
* take a warm sweet porridge before sleep cos the weather is cold
